Keep Balance.

Many of us feel like we are “working from home” or “living at work”.  Burnout is increasing at work as we try to find a balance.  It’s been a year in this reality and it’s hard to sustain.  Make sure you are kind to yourself, kind to your peers and kind to your employees.  Check in with each other, check in with yourself.  Working hard doesn’t always mean good work. This HBR article shows the increasing number of individuals burning out and some great ways to keep the balance.
