Many of us are enjoying the last bit of summer before the leaves start to change and the days get shorter.  We are all adjusting to the schedule, many of us working remotely, and the importance of “well-being” is a priority.  It’s great to see so many companies adjusting programs to support employees and their families.  CleverTap created a 4-point policy: creating a defined work day, additional time off, compensating expenditures, and mandatory leave of absence to make remote work succeed!  Be well and take care of yourself to maintain success!
