I saw a quote today from Christine Cain “To build a strong team you must see someone else’s strength as a compliment to your weakness, not a threat to your position or authority.” Such a great thought to remember as we go into each day. Our lives are filled with politics, competition and overwhelming amounts of information. Remember that people are your best asset; friends, co-workers, bosses, candidates, clients….treat others with respect, ALWAYS. Don’t be offended, be understanding. Don’t be critical, be openminded. Don’t be threatened, be supportive.
