We are seeking a recruiter to join the team to support a number of Technology clients. We are looking for someone with more than 5 years of recruiting experience and at least 2 years focused on technical experience. Someone with a deep understanding of hiring needs and working with technology leaders and engineers. You will be working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting senior-level engineers to deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
- 2+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience including full life cycle engagement.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Experience working in a high volume, high hiring bar environment.
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
- Experience posting and working with a variety of job boards.
- Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
